Nikon Corporation proudly announces that three of its products have been awarded the prestigious Red Dot Award: Product Design 2014. Out of 4,815 products from 1,816 companies in 53 countries which were participants in the “red dot award: product design 2014” competition, Nikon DF, Nikon D5300 and Nikon ACULON T51 binoculars have been the recipients of the award. Winners will be on display at a special exhibition to be held from July 8, 2014 to August 3, 2014 at the Red Dot Design Museum in Essen, Germany.

The “Red Dot Award: Product Design” is a world-class award presented to products released over the past two years that exhibit excellence in terms of a total of nine aspects, including innovation, functionality, ergonomics, ecology, and durability.

Nikon DF

Nikon DF is well designed camera in the smallest and lightest body in the history on Nikon FX-format. It is equipped with a FX-format CMOS sensor and EXPEED 3 image-processing engine which offers super image quality under a wide variety of lighting conditions.

Nikon D5300
