instagram-wp-beta

This is a big news isn’t it? The most awaited app for the Windows Phone ecosystem has finally hit the Store as a free download. Last night, there were embargo about the app incoming but the situation seems to be a bit controversial as yet.

All those campaigns like #InstaWithLove for bringing Windows Phone application have finally payed the effort and we today have the Instagram for WP. Instagram is a large community which initially started with iOS and to catch up more, they launched on Android in March 2012. The community has grown up since them from 30 million users to 150 million users worldwide. We congratulate Instagram for their success and hope to see more in future.

Coming back to the application, Instagram still claims it in BETA. Few moments after the application was made available on the Store, there has been the news that it does not support in-app clicks and videos which is true partially. As the developers said, it is still in beta and the in-app shots work but the video is still left for the final build. Right on time before the holiday season the Instagram has arrived on the third msot popular mobile ecosystem reducing one app which made WP a no go for many.
