Earlier this year, Apple had filed a case against Samsung at High Court in London claiming Galaxy Tab had copied iPad designs. The case in turn changed its route, Apple lost the case and the judge further ordered Apple to advertise court order on various websites. As expected Apple had appealed the court’s decision and files the case again. Today declaring the verdict the appeal court dismissed Apple’s claim and ordered the US company to run ads and compensate Samsung. Apple so far haven’t commented on the decision and can appeal to the Supreme court soon.
