News: Samsung Galaxy S III sales hits 10 million mark Samsung sales Galaxy S III Android 10 million sales

We all know that the Galaxy S III has been in great demand from the day it went on pre-order as reports suggested that there were 9 million pre-orders for the beastly device from carriers worldwide and now we have come to know that the Galaxy S III has hit the 10 million sales mark.  Shin Jong-kyun, Samsung’s president of information technology and mobile communication division revealed the news which hardly comes as a surprise with 9 million pre-orders.

Earlier there were predictions suggesting that the Galaxy S III will hit the 10 million mark by the end of this month but reaching the milestone earlier is certainly impressive and suggests that the Galaxy S III will become Samsung’s best seller to date since it has also accomplished the feat way earlier than its predecessor.

The sales of the Galaxy S III is expected to reach 40 million units for the entire year and with no major competition until fall, we can surely agree with the expectation.
