When HTC announced HTC Sense , it also rolled out HTCSense.com which gave the users special remote features like tracking down their phone when stolen , remote wipe , syncing their Contacts , Messages , Footprints and Call history on the website. And now according to HTC the site will undergo renovation for service improvement and hence will be shutting down by the end of next month.
HTC has given all the users using the website a heads-up and have asked them to download their data on the site , all in the form of a compressed file . HTC have stated the methodology on the site as to how one can easily download all his data . There is no word if the site would be up again or not and if yes , when ? This may comes as a disappointment for many HTC users using the service but at-least HTC gave them a 1 month span which is quite an appreciable gesture. The method is provided in the source below.
