With the official launch of Windows Phone 8, Nokia just announced that they will start shipping their WP8 Lumia devices very soon. The company will sell in selected markets to operators and retail outlets. Starting off with UK and France later this week, they will carry on the same course of action to Russia and Germany in the following weeks. Several other countries including India, will acknowledge the devices sometime in November.
