There’s a lot going on these days with the mobile OS, the new one to create a news is Samsung’s own child, BADA. While the whole world was busy talking about windows phone and its so-called competitors (iOS, Android), Tizen and Bada seems to have shown some affections towards each other.
The OS which was rumored to be made Open-Source, is actually tying knot with Intel-backed Tizen project. According to a recent report by forbes, it seems the two are going to play nice to each other. The developers are going to get a new SDK and API to play with, supporting full backwards compatibility. We expect to get this fusion based OS concept on few devices, probably by samsung late this year. More on this as we get more information, but interesting times ahead !
