Good news from Microsoft! Microsoft has just announced that all Office 365 customers will get unlimited OneDrive storage. This announcement shall be followed by some more coming soon under Microsoft’s cloud first initiative.
Microsoft aims to deliver a single hassle free experience across work and personal life in order to help people store, sync, share and collaborate on all the files that are important to them. There are now over 7 million Office 365 Home and Personal Subscribers and all of them will be getting the free cloud storage at no additional cost.
The roll out starting right now will be initiated for Office 365 Home, Personal and University plan subscribers. OneDrive for Business customers will be shared through the standard Office 365 roadmap website some time later. More details are on official blog post.
