News: 4G LTE toggle coming to CyanogenMod 9

Good news for all of the CyanogenMod 9 users out there, who also use 4G (LTE). Gregory Sarrica and Android developer has created a brand new notification toggle for the ninth version of the popular CyanogenMod ROM. What exactly does it do? It allows users to enable and disable 4G LTE with the touch of a button. The feature should go a long way in saving precious battery life on 4G capable phones.

You can see the demo here:

Right now, the developer claims the toggle should easily work on all Verizon LTE devices. The testing was performed on a Galaxy Nexus with an early build of CyanogenMod 9. The Mod still needs an approval from the CyanogenMod team, but surely this feature is coming soon to your 4G devices.
