News : Apple iPad Users Finally Get Youtube App

It has been a long wait for iPad users who’ve missed the youtube app in iOS 6. On Tuesday Google announced their native Youtube iPad App, as well as some updates to the same application for the iPhone 5.

YouTube was once a built-in application on iOS from the very first iPhone but Apple removed it, along with Google Maps in iOS 6, which came out this September. Since then all that the users were left with are the alternatives.

But Google is finally giving the iPad some of their love too. The update also adds the ability to stream videos over AirPlay, so you can see them on a larger screen, and the ability to add or remove videos from your playlists.
