Most of us have heard the term ‘App Prediction’. It isn’t new and is quite a thing for third party launchers releasing these days. After Aviate, which have been acquired by Yahoo and the Cover Lockscreen which have been acquired by Google, and Everything ME launcher which is still independent, we have another launcher released today surprisingly from Nokia dubbed as Z launcher.
That’s right, we too can’t believe it. Apparently, the part which is still independent and was not included with in the acquisition have developed this launcher which they call the Z launcher. Its again a predictive launcher as described above with minimalistic stock Android design. It also features gesture controls and learns your app habits resulting in accurate suggestions.
Its currently available in a limited pre beta version for small number of downloads supporting handful of Android phones. So if you’ve fortunately got a Nexus 5, Galaxy S5, Galaxy S4 or Galaxy S3, Moto X, HTC One (both M7 and M8) or Sony Xperia Z1, you are eligible to try this pre-beta release. It’s localized for English only as of now and will hit the play store later this year.
