WWDC: Apple says Good-bye to Google maps

With the clear indication by the Google event last week just focussing on maps, Apple waves Google good bye. The technology giant came up with their own maps as a replacement for Google maps in iOS 6.

The new maps has integrated yelp with realtime updates on traffic and incident reports.
It provides turn by turn GPS navigation and choses a quick route by itself which for sure seems like nothing ever before and all this of course with Siri support.

Adding one more to the maps, Flyover. 3D model all around the world kinda like what Google showed up last week. It works insanely fast on iPad with visually impressive detailed view, all this rendering in real-time.

Coming up with iOS 6, still in development stages. Come back later for more updates.
