Asus Announced Transformer duet, PadFone mini, VivoTab and ZenFone at CES 2014

Asus bagged 17 awards at CES 2014 as reported earlier for it’s innovative products announced which include Transformer Book Duet TD300, PadFone Mini, VivoTab Note 8, ZenFone 4, ZenFone 5, ZenFone 6 at CES 2014. All of these are stellar products from the company each having some USP.

Features:

Transformer Book Duet (TD300) is a dual OS laptop which is actually the world’s first quad-mode convertible that allows users to switch between Windows and Android in either laptop or tablet modes in just four seconds. With just a single push of the Instant Switch button or a virtual key on the tablet, it is able to switch and prepares itself for further use. Powed by an Intel® Core™ i7 processor, Transformer Book Duet runs up to twice as fast as existing tablets based on ARM® processors along with ASUS SonicMaster technology which ensures that it delivers incredible audio for immersive entertainment.

PadFone as we know is a series of tablet cum smartphone experience and with this PadFone mini we have a 4-inch smartphone that transforms effortlessly into an elegant 7-inch tablet. It features 1280×800 pixels resolution slightly better than HD.

VivoTab Note 8 is a Windows 8.1 tablet featuring a professional Wacom® digitizer stylus, which has been designed for a different targeted audience. It comes bundled with Microsoft® Office Home and Student, which includes Microsoft WordTM, Excel TM, PowerPoint TM and OneNoteTM, to make it consumer ready for extensive tasks. VivoTab Note 8 weighs 380g and has the ability to use it one-handed making it an ideal mobile productivity tool.

ZenFone, a brand-new high-value smartphone series that offers a choice of screen sizes from 4 to 6 inches available in an array of striking colors. Introduced with ZenUI, a new user interface which is exclusive to ASUS smart devices features simplified icons and menus, beautifully designed themes to match the device colors.

Pricing and Availability

ASUS PadFone mini will be available worldwide from Q2, 2014. The availability of ASUS ZenFone varies by territory.
