ASUS ROG Phone II with Snapdragon 855 Plus, 6000mAh battery launched in India

As announced earlier, ASUS has launched the successor, the ROG Phone II, to the former ROG phone, which was launched last year. The ROG Phone II has a 6.59-inch FHD+ AMOLED HDR display with 120Hz refresh rate and with 1ms response time display because of the DCIP3 gamut. It is powered by the Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC bundled with Adreno 640 GPU and 8GB of RAM. It comes with a 3D vapor chamber which transfers the heat away from the SoC and the body while gaming with the help of the vents in the back. Unlike its predecessor, the ROG Phone II comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Coming to the cameras, it has a 48MP primary sensor along with a 13MP 125-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 24MP selfie camera on the front. Other than that, it comes with dedicated ultrasonic AirTriggers with a faster haptic response rate, vibration latency of 20ms, and while playing games, you don’t even have to lift your fingers before tapping again. And, along with the 3.5mm headphone jack, there are stereo front-speakers with DTS: X Ultra surround system and has quad noise-canceling microphones. There is a huge 6000mAh battery along with 30W HyperCharge fast charging that can charge up to 4000mAh capacity in just 58 minutes whereas a full charge will take about 2 hours.
