Belkin introducesPower Pocket 5000mAh and 10,000mAh powerbanks


Belkin expands its Power Pocket series with two new power banks, the first one is of 5000mAh and the other one of 10000mAh. Both the power banks work on the Li-on cells i.e. Lithium-Polymer cell technology. These power banks come in black color and are thinner and lighter than others.

Commenting on the launch, Marco Peters, vice president of product management, said:

With the smartphone becoming even more essential in people’s lives, not just as a means of communication, but as a camera, music player, navigation system, and Internet-access device, preventing low battery on-the-go is even more important for consumers. These power banks come with built-in safety features protect the device and the consumer.  The 5V 2.0 amp total input helps to recharge the battery quickly. The micro-USB port here also helps to charges battery efficiently. And the 5V 2.4 amp total output offers a quick charge. Along with all, the plastic casing provides a lightweight solution and making it easy to carry everywhere.
