Coolpad Mega 2.5D Selfie-Focused Smartphone Launched at INR 6,999

Chinese smartphone brand Coolpad has launched its selfie-focused smartphone Coolpad Mega in India. Coolpad Mega 2.5D is nearly identical to the Coolpad Sky 3, which was launched in China less than a month ago, with minor differences. The highlight of the device being the 8MP front facing camera that includes an f/2.2 aperture, an 83.6-degree field of view, and a ‘smart beautification’ mode. The device is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). And is backed by a 2500mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 9 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time.

The Coolpad Mega 2.5D comes in Silver, Gold and Champagne colors and is priced at INR 6,999. It will be available exclusively from Amazon.in starting from August 24th through flash sale. Registration for the sale begins 5PM today.
