Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are now official, starts at $799

Finally, all of the leaks about the Pixel devices have come to life with the launch of Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, Google’s latest flagship devices. And post there were no surprises and everything was exactly the same as it was discovered over the internet in past few weeks. The Pixel 3 is smallest amongst the two with a 5.5-inch Full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio and bigger brother i.e the Pixel 3 XL comes with a 6.3-inch Quad HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio and a notch.

We’ll talk more about the specifications in a while, and here are some of the key highlights of the device, mainly camera as Pixel devices have always been about having the best smartphone camera.

  • Top Shot – AI based feature that captures multiple shots to pick out the best photo
  • Super Res Zoom – Produces sharp details when you zoom
  • Night Sight – Lets you take bright, detailed, colorful shots even in low light (coming soon to Pixel 3)
  • Photobooth mode – Uses AI to recognize that when you’re smiling or making a funny expression, you’re ready for a selfie.

The Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL come in Clearly White, Just Black and Not Pink colors and come with Google Pixel USB-C earbuds in the box.
