Lenovo Vibe K5 Note launched in India starting from INR 11999

Lenovo’s K-series smartphones have been a huge success in the Indian market since the launch of K3 Note in early 2015. Lenovo claims that they have sold 3 million K-series devices in India alone. And today Lenovo has launched it’s Redmi Note 3 rival, the Vibe K5 Note, in India. Unlike K3 Note, the K5 Note, in contrast, is all-metal. The design isn’t the most original, but at least it’s not entirely an Apple iPhone clone.

Apart from powerful specifications the device comes with some interesting feature as this time the manufacturer has decided to focus on user experience, rather than playing the specs game. The K5 Note is rocking a whole new user interface in the sense that the company says it is now leaner than ever. The device features a Secure Zone that allows users to simultaneously run two instances of the same app like Pokemon Go, WhatsApp and Facebook on the same phone. This technology is very similar to one in Coolpad Max which is dubbed as Dual-in-One. It also has TheaterMax technology, similar to the Vibe K4 Note for an immersive VR experience when combined ANT VR headset.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 Note comes in Platinum Silver and Graphite Grey and Champagne Gold color variants priced at INR 11,999 for the 3GB RAM variant and the 4GB RAM variant costs INR 13,499. Interestingly, this time the device will be go on open sale exclusively on Flipkart from midnight of August 3rd.
