RIM, today officially rolled out the Porsche Design P’9981 Blackberry smart phone for India with an ultra-high price tag of ₹1,39,990. The device is nothing but a Blackberry bold 9900 which is designed with high-end materials like the ‘Vertu’ but with an exclusive Porsche partnership which marks the price.
Like Bold 9900, the smart phone packs a single core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.2GHz in a portrait QWERTY design with a 2.8-inch display turning for a resolution of 640×480 pixels combining up to 286ppi. It features 768MB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage running on BB OS 7.0. We also get a 5-megapixel camera, which can shoot up to 720p video and also a microSD card slot which can support memory up to 32gigs.
