WebOS has been marred by some poor decisions and lack of good development in the past but this is its last chance with HP open sourcing the beautiful OS. And HP has been trying hard to quickly transform it into an open-source platform and HP has released a statement and said it will be available soon with full guarantee and they plan to make they plan to make it available by September.
They have already launched an app which is the tool to generate and develop content for WebOS. “For an open source product is a success, the roadmap must be public for all participants,” HP explains in the statement.
According to reports, the open-source WebOS is already done with but HP has planned a way for them and they want to launch new tools for developers on WebOS starting with Enyo, which allows developers to design open source applications can be made compatible with other systems and even web browsers.
