BlackBerry Messenger saw a new era when RIM released the 6.0 update. The feature in the spot-light was the new App integration, where Apps were directly connected to BBM.
The Apps that were BBM connected were able to directly post activities to the users’ BBM updates & chats. Since then, many Apps have been added with the feature, but many of the big names still haven’t integrated yet. However, there are talks that they are coming out with that feature soon; we just don’t know exactly when. It’s also been heard that other than the BBM integration, the new upgrades will also feature slightly changed user-interface. We also hope that they might be easier to navigate too.
It’s quite surprising why RIM has been away from the BBM integration in these Apps, but as they say, ” Better late than never. “
