News: Slider Concept by Sony

As ASUS had the Eee slider SL101 last year, this time at CES Sony comes with a similar kind of a concept. A laptop with a slider display.

According to Sony, this laptop can be used to serve two different purposes. when using with slide up, can be used as a laptop and when slide down, that is, screen over the keyboard, it can be used as a tablet. ASUS tried this concept but they seem to be more comfortable with the Transformer series. Sony had this device at CES at their booth with a stylus to go along with the device. Since it was just a concept, its hardware or software specs wasn’t displayed, but if you like it let Sony know to make this possible.
