Sony partners with PVR bluO to launch the first Playstation lounge in the country

Sony partners with PVR bluO to launch the first ever Playstation lounges across the country in all its centers. Starting from Delhi/NCR region, Playstation lounge first show up in Vasant Kunj and Gurgaon centers in their respective Ambience Malls.

India’s leading bowling center, PVR bluO with 110 cosmic lanes had now added yet another feather to its cap with the launch of Playstation lounges in India. The Playstation lounge carries a unique concept where the patrons will get to experience a complete theater-like 3D gaming experience with surround sound in the vibrant environment of bluO.

PVR bluO is an ideal destination for a hangout with bowling alleys, karaoke, Xbox and Playstation lounges with separate area to add the privacy for a great evening together. To add to more to this PVR bluO have also partnered with Pepsi and Carlsberg to make sure that you aren’t left with any complaints.

We got a chance to experience the Playstation lounges on the launch and we agree that it is a complete package for entertainment. The lounge spreads across the area of approx 500 sq.ft. with exhilarating ambiance to provide best possible gaming experience. The 3D gaming experience and surround sound is very impressive. One lounge can accommodate up to four people with a PS3 unit. Only single player games can be played in 3D whereas multi player games can only be played in 2D but with the surround sound. They have all the popular games including Call of Duty : Black Ops II, Unchartered 3, Blur and some more which I can’t remember. We played Blur and Mortal Kombat in multi player and Uncharted 3 in 3D with the 3D glasses which took the game to a completely new level. The charges for the lounge has been as 175 for the first half and hour and 125 for subsequent half an hour recharges. you can even book the lounge for some meetings or birthdays per se. According to us the cost is reasonable for the kind of experience they are providing. Try it out yourself! We had fun, hope you will too.
