Bloomberg is reporting that Microsoft is completing the development of Windows 8 over the summer, and it will be ready for retail in October, on both computers and tablets. It lines up with what Microsoft hinted at during CES, as October will be 3 years after the release of Windows 7, and Microsoft wants to keep the 3 year release schedule.
