OnePlus has been producing flagship killer devices and they are planning to do so again. Pete Lau, Founder & CEO, OnePlus, announced in a post on Tuesday that the OnePlus 5 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC. The post is live on the OnePlus Forum which can be found here – https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/lets-talk-performance-for-the-oneplus-5.540612/ With this being confirmed OnePlus 5 will the first handset in India to launch with 835 chipset. Just to recall, Snapdragon 835 is the first 10nm mobile processor especially designed to support next generation entertainment experiences and connected cloud services. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 means more feature integration, smaller size and lower power consumption with better battery life.
If this was not enough, later Qualcomm too confirmed the same from its Twitter and Facebook accounts all over the world regarding OnePlus 5 and Snapdragon 835.
