Exclusive: The Google Nexus Tablet to be unveiled next week with Jelly Bean

We have heard plenty of rumors of the Google Nexus Tablet in the last few weeks. First we came across that Asus would be the partner for the Nexus Tablet, later there were pricing rumors stating first that the tablet would come in the price range of $199-$249 but further rumors suggested $149-$199 so that the tablet could compete with the likes of Fire. Latest reports suggested that Google is going to sell the tablet directly to consumers just like Amazon. But you can give all rumors a rest since we have exclusive reports from our sources at Google reporting that the Google Nexus Tablet is going to be announced next week, probably next weekend, but that’s not confirmed; yet.The Nexus Tablet has been built by Asus as rumoured and we have all the detailed specs too . The Nexus Tablet will feature a 7-inch display with a respectable 1280 x 800 resolution with the latest Gorilla Glass 2 for amazing toughness, powered by a brand new Quad-Core Snapdragon chipset,  1 Gigabyte of memory. It will have a decent 5000 MAh battery and all this in an impressive 8.9 mm of waistline.

It will have two memory options 16/32 GB of memory onboard, expandable upto 64 GB. The connectivity options include the Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi 802.11 b, g, n, HSPA+, NFC with Google Wallet and other usual connectivity features. It will come with LTE support in some regions like the US.

The device will come at $249 for the 16 GB version, we have npo details on pricing of other versions of the tablet.

The device will come running the brand new Android 5.0 Jelly Bean specifically designed for Tablets with a new interface. The latest Android will also bring some tools for developers to design their apps for the new Jelly Bean UI. There were several rumors of Jelly Bean but no one seemed to believe it but it is sure to turn out true.

It seems Google has decided to seriously make an impact by introducing their latest Android version after Ice Cream Sandwich in the iPad dominated Tablet market and threatened by the upcoming arrival of Windows 8. We just can’t wait to see the Nexus tablet and the all new interface Jelly Bean brings.
