Lenovo has launched a new smartphone in the S-series Lenovo S850, in India at Rs 15,499. The Lenovo S850 was first announced at the Mobile World Congress 2014 earlier this year.The smartphone sports a 5-inch HD display and is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6582 quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM, and comes with 16GB internal storage. It sports a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera.
Though the smartphone is a budget phone but Lenovo has made no compromise in loading the smartphone with the Lenovo Premium DOit Apps like “SECUREit” which is a security software that helps you track, analyse and optimize your data usage. Lenovo has also added its award winning “SHAREit” App that can provides the fastest phone-to-phone data transfer without the need for any Wifi or data connectivity. “SYNCit” is another service that LenovoS850 offers you to have a permanent backup of all your data and makes it accessible to you on any device. And there are other two new services like SNAPit (Camera) and SEEit (Gallery).
The phone is equipped with an illuminating logo at the back panel, which glows every time you receive a notification.
