Motorola launches Moto Turbo in India for ₹41,999

After being launched earlier in the States as the Motorola Droid Turbo, the handset made its arrival to Indian market today named as the Moto Turbo. This handset is Motorola’s premium flagship standing in the queue ahead of Motorola Moto X.

Motorola Moto Turbo packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset with 3GB of RAM and 64GB internal memory. It sports a 5.2-inch Quad-HD display which factually has 80% more detail than a standard 1080p these days. It comes with 21MP rear camera to shoot the best from a mobile device supported by 4K video recording. Apart from featuring top notch specifications, it also comes with a monster battery of 3900mAh battery. It is also powered by Motorola Turbo charger which in a mere 15-minutes of supply will make it last for up to 7 hours as claimed by Motorola.

Moto turbo is designed with ballistic nylon which a first for the industry. Under the high-quality, durable material with a distinctive texture is a layer of DuPont Kevlar® fiber, that is five times stronger than steel. The smartphone has been designed in a way which protects the phone inside out.

Running with the latest Android update along with great design and battery, Moto Turbo seems to be one of the flagships to look for this season. Motorola will be starting its pre-orders from today 9th March 2015, priced at ₹41,999. The pricing set a benchmark for the upcoming Snapdragon 810 powered smartphones and we predict others to arrive with a higher price tag.
