For the time being, only the 16GB model has been made available, but you can expect the 8GB model to ship soon too. The Acer Iconia Tab A200 is powered by NVidia’s Tegra 2 dual-core 1GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, has a 10.1-inch display of WXGA resolution 1280 x 800, and packs a two-megapixel front-facing webcam. The tablet ships with Android 3.2 Honeycomb but will receive a free update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich approximately one month from now, in mid-February.
Though the tablet may not be an contender for the likes of the quad-core tablets due this year, it is still a powerful tablet with a nice price point which would surely cater to an audience who have their budget limited.
