HP sold the TouchPad like hot cakes when it went on sale and there were some news that a couple of TouchPads ran an experimental build of Android. HP denied but later agreed to experimenting with the build and now HP has released the source code of the Android build
As was noted on RootzWiki, the source code released appears to have been developer separately from webOS on the TouchPad, possibly as a precursor project to HP’s acquisition of Palm. The build might not interest you but it seems HP tried to develop a build based on the Android kernel.
