The rumors for the super-thin HTC Ville don’t seem to stop. It has been in rumors since last fall, and recently we came across its renders. Then it leaked in video running ICS with HTC Sense 4.0, and now we have sharper and more clear images of the device showing its sleek body in full glory.
Though the pictures don’t show us anything we don’t already know, they confirm the design, including its impressive thinness which is fresh keeping in mind HTC’s chunkier phones.
Leaked specs include a dual-core 1.5Ghz processor and a 4.3-inch QHD screen with an AMOLED panel. Details on other phone specifications are scarce, but the device is said to be a mere 8.9mm thin – a record for HTC. We previously heard it was 8 mm, but nonetheless it is still pleasing for today’s standards. As we expected, the phone runs Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC’s Sense 4.0. From the pictures, however, we can’t make out anything of it.
The HTC MWC event is now just 20 days away, so we don’t have to wait for long to get more details, and according to reports it will make its way to US with T-Mobile. We’ll keep you updated as always.
