News: HTC’s One S and Desire V hits Indian markets


Sources revealed that HTC’s One S along with Desire V will be available for Indian markets starting today.

Initially One S was left out when the company launched the One series for sale in India. They only launched One X and One V without any word for One S. But now things have been changed and One S is available in market for a price tag of 31,500 INR

The smart phone sports a 4.3-inch screen with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. It runs on Android 4.0 with HTC Sense 4 UI and has 16GB of internal memory with 1GB of RAM. The phone is said to have a 1.5 GHz dual core Snapdragon S4 processor. The phone comes with a 1650 mAh battery which can last for a day when used wisely.


Along with One S, HTC also announced its first dual sim android Desire V. It was officially announced in Ukraine and Indonesia some time earlier and now have arrived in India too priced at 15,000 INR.
The device features a 4-inch WVGA touch screen display and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with HTC Sense 4 UI. It is powered by 1GHz single-core Qualcomm processor with 512mb RAM and 4 gb internal memory expandable upto 32 gb. It has a 5MP auto focus camera with LED flash and has Beats audio support which is sufficient for a good smart phone experience.
