ZTE Grand S was a much anticipated device from the manufacturer which did show up at CES 2013. It was however only a matter of time before a sister device popped up. The ZTE V987, having some similar design elements surfaced. The V987 boasts a 5 inch gap-less display but with a 720p resolution which would make u realize that its not meant to be the high end showstopper . The 13 Megapixel camera is cut down to 8 Megapixels and the original 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro is replaced by an unknown 1.2GHz quad-core chip (hopefully the MediaTek MT6589). Apart from that it offers dual-sim support and a decent 2500mAh which is considerable bigger than that of the Grand S. It would be interesting to see how it would stack up though.
