According to Android And Me, The next-generation tablet will reportedly feature a dual-core 2GHz Exynos 5250 processor which was announced last November, a display larger than 10 inches with WXQGA (2560 x 1600 pixels) resolution and will run the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. One of their staff saw a prototype tablet running on the latest Exynos chipset and even took pictures but were asked to delete them.
