News: iOS 5.1 also brings Battery Fixes, Photo Stream Deletes and more

Apple announced the latest iOS update to 5.1 and we thought (infact most of us would’ve though!) that it would just bring Siri functionality in diffetrent languages such as Japanese but the update seems to bring much more than our expectations.

The update brings some nice new features and key fixes. From all the changes the update brings, the important changes are:

It brings improvement to the battery performance for the iPhone 4S
One can now delete photos including all of those hidden photos you don’t wish to share with the help of Photo Stream
The Camera shortcut is now always visible on the Lock Screen. You no longer need to hit the home button twice to trigger it
Genius Mixes now works with iTunes Match
Redesigned Camera App for iPad
