It has been a day since “The New iPad” was released and yesterday we got the news of Muscle Nerd posting pics of jailbreaking The New iPad ( aka iPad 3 ) , but since people thought that was not convincing enough , the famous iOS hacker who is to given credit for this jailbreak, Stefen Esser aka i0n1c , posted a vido some hours ago as a proof.
The video demonstrates i0n1c showing his iPad 3 running on iOS 5.1 with an untethered jailbreak , the proof of which he showed in the video by switching Off and On his iPad 3 for not one , but two times and the Cydia icon was still there and functioning. There is a possibility that we can expect the iPhone 4S untethered on iOS 5.1 . There is no news still as to when the jailbreak is gonna be out for the public and in which form.
