It’s been a year since Sony Ericsson (now Sony) released the first PlayStation Phone, the Xperia Play. Rumours have surfaced that more OEMs are going to release some too.
Apparently Sony has certified HTC to produce Play Station compatible phones as well. This comes after HTC’s plans to release lesser new models. This does not guarantee that HTC will make devices like the Play, it only means that their devices will be able to run Play Station specific games, but a Play-like device would be pretty cool. HTC hasn’t officially confirmed anything nor has any plans about a PS centric device surfaced, but they may make an announcement at MWC in two weeks time.
