Samsung’s Official Mobile Twitter channel just experienced one of the biggest social media fails in history thanks to either a hack or an employee mistakenly posting a personal post on the channel.
The tweet in question was posted earlier today for all to see. The tweet included a location, in Seoul, meaning a hack is unlikely and the probable cause was a lump employee. The worst part about it wasn’t the picture or tweet itself, but rather the fact that it was posted from an iPhone, Samsung’s main competitor in the mobile market, which really tells us what Samsung thinks of their own products.
Samsung did not immediately reply to enquiries into the matter, but as it’s weekend it may be delayed.
