Samsung will be launching its windows 8 tablet called Samsung ATIV Tab (GT-P8510) in India which comes with the pre-loaded MS Office suite. According to them, the tablet will feature a 10.1-inch PLS HD display (1366×768) with 1.5GHz processor and 2GB (RAM). The device will be powered by a 8200mAh battery which can approximately allow video playback upto 12 hours. It will also have a native USB port by which users will be able to connect their keyboard or mouse or any other peripheral directly. The Tab is just 8.9mm thin and it weighs 570g. The dual user mode helps the users switch from Windows UI mode to the normal PC desktop mode. The OS running on the device is Windows RT which runs Windows 8 apps very smoothly.
