In response to the rumors, Samsung has officially scheduled the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2021 event on January 14th. The Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy S21 Ultra are expected at the event.
The Galaxy S21 will be available in purple, grey, white, and pink, the S21 Plus in purple, silver, and black. And the Galaxy S21 Ultra in silver and black color variants. The S21 and S21 Plus will feature 8GB of RAM in 128GB or 256GB versions, while the S21 Ultra will have 12GB of RAM in 512GB versions, depending on the market.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra would be compatible with the S Pen, the first in the Galaxy S series, but it would be sold as an optional accessory, and the company would sell cases with docking stations for the S Pen.
Besides the S21 series, Samsung is also set to launch the Galaxy Buds Pro with 3D spatial sound and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) with 2 levels of ANC and 4 levels for ambient mode. It also claims to support speech recognition, which automatically reduces the volume when the sensors detect that the user is talking. The buds pro use gyroscopic sensors to track head movements, and Dolby Atmos technology immerses the listener in the sound.
Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2020 will be premiere on the 14th January at 10:00 EST or 8:30 PM Indian Standard Time. As usual, Samsung offers live streaming on samsung.com, Facebook and Youtube.
