Samsung along with Note 7 has launched it’s latest fitness tracker- Gear Fit2 in India for INR 13,990. The fitness band is the successor to the Gear Fit launched in 2014. The fitness tracker has a 1.5-inch Curved Super AMOLED screen, an embedded GPS tracker and a heart rate monitor. The Gear Fit 2 is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor paired with 512MB of RAM and runs on Tizen OS. The 200mAh battery underneath is said to be good enough to last up to three to four days. The fitness band includes a standalone music player and automatically recognizes activities like running, walking, cycling, or using rowing machine or elliptical trainer.
The Samsung Gear Fit 2 comes in small and large sizes and is priced at INR 13,990 in India. It will be available by the end of August.
