TECNO finally launched CAMON 17 and CAMON 17 Pro in India

Chinese smartphone maker TECNO has revealed its new addition to the CAMON series which focuses on Cameras in India, namely CAMON 17 and CAMON 17 Pro. Let talk about the specifications they both offer and the pricing.

In the display department, the CAMON 17 has a 90Hz 6.6” HD+ punch-hole screen, whereas the CAMON 17 Pro has a 90Hz 6.8” punch hole FHD+ IPS LCD display. In the performance department, the CAMON 17 is powered by Mediatek Helio G85 coupled with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM whereas the Pro version is powered by Mediatek Helio G95 coupled with 8GB of RAM. Both devices come with 128GB of internal storage. Both devices come with HiOS 7.6 based on Android 11 out of the box

In the battery and charging department, Both the CAMON 17 and 17 Pro comes with a 5000mAh battery but the vanilla variant comes with 18W fast charging whereas the Pro variant comes with 33W fast charging. Both devices come with a USB Type-C port.

In the Optics department, The vanilla CAMON 17 sports a 48MP main rear camera which is coupled with a 2MP depth+AI sensor. Whereas, the CAMON 17 Pro supports a 64MP main rear camera which is coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP depth lens, and a 2MP Black and White monochromic lens. In the front, the vanilla variant has a 16MP sensor whereas the Pro variant has a 48MP sensor.

The Vanilla CAMON 17 features a rear-sided fingerprint sensor whereas the Pro variant has a side-mounted sensor. Both devices support Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou.

The TECNO CAMON 17 is priced at Rs. 12,999 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB variant whereas CAMON 17 Pro is priced at Rs. 16,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB variant and both will be available on Amazon from July 26th.
