Tenant Games has recently launched a lighter version of PUBG Mobile named PUBG Mobile Lite in the Philippines. Now the lighter version can be played on the low RAM devices with 40 people and a smaller map.
This is a great move by the company as it’ll cover a larger section of the smartphone users which have a low budget smartphone which have lower specifications. However, they made few changes to keep the gameplay and quality as same as the original.
For now, the access to the game is limited up to the Philippines only. We tried to sideload the app by copying APK and OBB file but it didn’t work. The PUBG Mobile LIte is currently available on the Play Store for the Philippines only. And there’s no word about the global availability.
As per the reviews are seen on the Play Store, the graphics of the game is not up to good level. Most of the users aren’t happy with it, so maybe Tenant Games will fix all the issues slowly and release a global version later on.
