‘Viber Out’ is a service by Viber which allows the users to make VoIP calls to those customers who don’t have Viber installed or registered on their device (whatever case it maybe). ‘Viber out’ has been available for Windows Phone 8 running devices which will enable users enjoy the affordable service on their WP handsets.
