Twitter celebrated its 8th birthday which was on March 21, 2014 by launching a web application which can find anyone’s first tweet which he/she had posted on twitter. Calling it a Tweet Tool, twitter has hosted this web application on http://first-tweets.com which is a redirected to subdomain of twitter being a microsite.
This app is free for public and here I don’t mean free as in free beer but as in freedom. There are no privacy controls which is not surprising because has never been a case on your public twitter profile. The 140 character limit yet says a lot more than plain text now. Let’s celebrate Twitter’s 8th birthday by posting our #FirstTweet.
