No worries, now Android devices with GB can have the feel of the ICS UI by using Holo Launcher by Mobint Software.
Like any other ICS launcher out there, this is a simple, powerful, and fast launcher with a highly customizable home screen replacement based on Android 4.0.4 ICS’ Launcher. It has a basic requirement for the Android version to be 2.2 or up and works great with battery life as well. Look below for a basic description.

While the app is still under development, you can head over to the XDA Developers thread to vote on new features and sideload the APK if you choose. Its also available in the Google Play Store.
Our rating 4/5, a lil buggy as it is still in the development stage, but we hope to see more in future. Untill then, try it out.
