Truke Fit Pro True Wireless Earbuds Review: Unbelievable at the Price!

Truke Fit Pro True Wireless is an amazing pair of earbuds from the German brand for a cost of just Rs 999. These truly wireless earphones feel very tempting especially for those users on a very tight budget. The Truke Fit Pro TWS recently was made available on Amazon for a price less than Rs 1,000, making it one of the most affordable true wireless earphones you can buy right now. The Truke Fit Pro TWS is priced lower than the offerings from Xiaomi, Realme, and Oppo and goes along with affordable brands such as Noise, Boat, and Boult Audio.

Features

The Truke Fit Pro TWS is a very nice earphone at the given price and comes with impressive specifications. The Truke Fit Pro TWS comes with the latest Bluetooth 5.0 Connection and a massive 500mAh battery. The earbuds are also one of the only True Wireless offerings that come with a USB Type-C charging case. These truly wireless earphones from Truke claim to offer 24 hours of battery life and in our testing, we got a pretty decent overall battery life. The Truke Fit Pro TWS comes with a very unique design that resembles the tip of a Dolphin face.

Design and Build

The Truke Fit Pro TWS uses a hard-shell body and does not have any silicone ear tips, these felt decently comfortable over shorter listening durations of about 2 hours, but the earbuds do get a little uncomfortable during long usage. The unconventional design makes the earbuds look very unique and catchy.

The Charging case itself is pretty big compared to a lot of other offerings, this is mostly justified given the massive battery that the charging case and the earbuds hold. The earbuds offer a decently stable connection to your ear and we were able to use it for the most part without them dropping out of the ear. However, when you try to be a little active and start jogging, running, or working out in the gym, there is a good chance these earbuds will pop out of your ears and end up on the floor.

Sound Quality

Talking about the sound quality, the Truke Fit Pro TWS offers very surprising sound quality for the price that it is being offered at. The Truke Fit Pro TWS is perhaps the best true wireless earbuds under the RS 1,000 price range. The Truke Fit Pro TWS comes with a 13mm Dynamic Driver set up that offers Crisp and Clear audio with very deep bass. The massive drivers help to reproduce the bass very effectively, the drivers of this caliber are unseen in other earbuds of this price range and we were unable to find an equivalent bass response even in earbuds that cost multiple times of the Truke Fit Pro TWS.

While reviewing these earbuds on an iPhone 11 we noticed that the music does not pause when we put the earbuds back into the case, and the music keeps playing in the earbuds while inside the case. We had to manually pause the music to stop the case from acting like a speaker.

Are these good enough for phone calls?

The microphone quality is very average and it does sound fine indoors and when the disturbance is less, however, when you step out in the public with a lot of ambient sounds, the Truke Fit Pro TWS struggles to get a good microphone reception and the audio clarity is not really good. We tried calls on both the receiver and caller end, the earbuds sound pretty good during the call but due to the lack of proper noise cancellation in the microphone, it picks up a lot of ambient sounds making the call quality less than perfect.

The battery life on the Truke Fit Pro TWS is pretty good, while the overall battery life is claimed to be about 24 hours, we were able to get pretty close at about 22 hours of overall usage with the earbuds and the charging case that it comes with. The earbuds also come with a Type-C charging port that gives 1 hour of usage with just 15 minutes of charging. The connection process was seamless, and the range was pretty decent with a stable connection. With no walls in between, we were able to get over 30 linear feet of range before the audio began to drop.

The Truke Fit Pro TWS also comes with support for Google Assistant, and Siri. The voice assistant can be easily activated from the earbuds by pressing the button on the left earbuds twice. There is also another multi-function button to manage calls and music playback on the connected device. The latency on the earbuds is very low due to the Bluetooth 5.0 support that enables high bandwidth low latency streaming.

Bottom Line

Overall, the Truke Fit Pro TWS stacks up pretty well in the true wireless earbuds market, there is little competition in the price segment of under Rs 1,000 and the Truke Fit Pro TWS blatantly outperforms the competition here. The battery life and the sound quality are unmatched in this price range, thanks to the massive 500mAh battery and the 13mm drivers. The design is a little unconventional and the comfort fit is subject to the user’s ears. But being the cheapest True Wireless Earbuds in the market, its a great option to consider if you are tight on budget and want to try something besides wired earphones (if your smartphone still has that legendry 3.5mm audio jack).

Pros:

  • Great Pricing (Cheapest TWS in the market)
  • Decent Built quality
  • Decent Battery

Cons:

  • No in-ear tips
  • Flat Audio experience
