Guide: How to get Android Market on your BlackBerry PlayBook

Are you also one of those who bought a BlackBerry Playbook at a discounted price during RIM’s promotional offer ? Are you wondering how to get your PlayBook to run Android Apps ? We have something for you.

The guys at CrackBerry have come up with a nice guide to help you run Android Apps on your PlayBook – though it requires you to root your device before you can go ahead. After rooting using DDPB to sideload a launcher, at which point you’ll be able to install CyanogenMod and access the Android Market.

Not all Android apps will run on the PlayBook — it’s still better than waiting for native versions.

So if you want to go ahead please go ahead and hit the link in the source, and please do read well as it can potentially brick your tablet if you don’t follow the steps as mentioned.
