Alongside the Redmi K20 Pro, Xiaomi also launched the Redmi K20 in today’s event. In terms of display, the Redmi K20 has the same 6.39-inch FHD+ Horizon AMOLED display with 91.9% screen-to-body ratio. The device runs on Android 9.0 with MIUI 10 on top and sports an in-display fingerprint sensor which has 15% more finger area for detection. It is powered by the Snapdragon 730 SoC with up to 6GB of RAM.
The camera setup is also similar to that of the Redmi K20 Pro with a 48MP camera but with a Sony IMX582 sensor, an 8MP telephoto lens along with a 13MP 124.8-degree ultra-wide angle lens. On the front too, the Redmi K20 has a 20MP pop-up selfie camera.
On the back, we have the same Aura Prime design with 3D glass back and has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection both on front and back. The device packs a 4000 mAh battery which supports 18W fast charging.
The Redmi K20 will be available in Carbon Black, Flame Red, and Glacier Blue colors and is priced at Rs.21999 for the 6GB + 64GB variant and Rs.23999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant. It will go on sale via Flipkart, Mi Store, and Mi Home (offline store) from 22nd July.
