All the notification sound in MIUI 10 have been replaced with nature-inspired sounds, for example, the default notification sound is set to the sound of water droplets. Users can assign a different sound for different apps. Xiaomi also claims that no two consecutive notification sounds are similar to each-other.

Re-Designed OS

MIUI 10 is specially designed for full-screen smartphones. It offers new gestures like Swipe Up from the bottom for Home, Swipe Left/Right from the edges for Back and Swipe Up and Hold for the Recent View. The Recent View has a new look too like the notes app. Now users can swipe and change it in vertically. Xiaomi also re-designed the notifications panel to take advantage of full-screen phones.
